SHIPPING POLICY
All pieces are shipped upon completion via insured shipping companies such as FedEx and UPS. All pieces must be signed for. Since our pieces are made to order, shipping can take anywhere from a week to several months depending on the piece. In stock items are shipped next day with 2-3 day shipping. We can upgrade shipping to overnight if needed. Please contact us in advance of placing your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our made-to-order pieces are one of a kind and not returnable. Any items that have been sized for you are not returnable. We do, however, want you to love your pieces for decades to come so please reach out to us prior to purchasing with any questions.

If an item is found to be faulty or there is an issue based on manufacturing discovered upon receipt, we will fix or replace the item. Please reach out to us with any concerns.

Fine jewelry is delicate and should be removed for activities that might cause scratching, denting and jostling of the stones. It can always be fixed and we are happy to repair pieces that we designed and made for a repair fee.
